Information provided on this website and as part of a client agreement is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Due to the nature of medical advocacy work, Stoneworks Healthcare Advocates cannot guarantee specific medical or financial outcomes.

All information you share with Stoneworks Healthcare Advocates is confidential. We respect your privacy and will only request access to information that is relevant to the advocacy work. Appropriate measures are in place, physically and electronically, to protect your confidential information. All interactions between Client and Advocate are confidential, excepting those persons specifically identified, and in compliance with Advocate’s legal obligation under state and federal law.

Cancellations:
Cancellations by Client may be made up to 24 hours in advance of a scheduled visit or appointment without charge. Stoneworks reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of $100.00 for a scheduled visit if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Payments:
Invoices are kindly due upon receipt. Failure of Client to timely and fully pay Stoneworks will result in a stoppage of all work. Should a payment request be unanswered, Stoneworks will exercise all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
